After downloading the app and completing registration, you can create a new Express Inhibitor Test by following the steps below.
Open the app.
From the dashboard, tap the Scan Icon.
In the pop-up menu, select Onsite Test.
Choose Express Inhibitor Test.

Fill in the required fields:
Customer Reference: Add your own reference for reporting purposes.
Project Reference: Optional reference for your records.
Company Name: Enter the company name.
Address*:
Tap Address Finder
Enter the postcode
Select the correct address from the dropdown
(Or choose from Saved Addresses)

Provide details about the system being tested:
System Type: Select the system type.
System Age: Choose:
0–2 years
2–10 years
Over 10 years
Heat Appliance Manufacturer:
Select from the dropdown
Search or manually add if unavailable
Heat Appliance Serial Number:
Scan QR/barcode using your camera
Or enter manually
Tip: Useful for reporting and manufacturer-related work

Heat Appliance Age: Select the appropriate range
Inhibitor Protector Used: Select or manually enter
Reason for Sampling: Choose the reason
Take a sample of system water.
Dip the test strip into the water for 1 second.
Remove and shake off excess water.
Inhibitor Test Image*:
Take a photo within 10 seconds
Align the strip with the bottle colour chart
Crop and confirm
Inhibitor Result*:
Select the value that matches the colour

Once all required fields are complete:
Review your entries
Tap Submit
Your Express Inhibitor Test is now complete.
