You can track your postal tests in the Fernox App and Web Portal. The status will update from ‘In Transit’ to ‘Testing’ once it arrives at the testing facilities.
For Postal Tests, you will receive an email with the results PDF attached within 72 hours after the test reaches our laboratories. Your results will also be accessible and stored within the Fernox App and Web Portal.
Exception: The System Health Check is a paper-based test kit and tracking for it is not available.
