After downloading the app and completing registration, you can create a new Diagnostic Water Test by following the steps below or watching the video guide.
Open the app.
From the dashboard, tap the Scan Icon.
In the pop-up menu, select New Postal Test.
Once your camera opens, point it at the QR code on the sample bottle to scan it.
Fill in the required fields:
Customer Reference: Add your own reference for reporting purposes.
Project Reference: Optional reference for your records.
Company Name: Enter the company name.
Address:
Tap Address Finder
Enter the postcode
Select the correct address from the dropdown
(Or choose from Saved Addresses)
Provide details about the system being tested:
System Type: Select the system type.
System Age: Choose: 0–2 years, 2–10 years or Over 10 years.
Heat Appliance Manufacturer: Select from dropdown, search or manually add if unavailable.
Heat Appliance Serial Number: Scan QR/barcode using your camera or enter manually.
Tip: Important for manufacturer-related work and reporting
Heat Appliance Age: Select heat appliance age range.
Inhibitor Protector Used: Select inhibitor protector used or add it manually.
Select the Reason for Sampling;
Review your answers;
Tap Submit.
